Chew-Resistant Steel Cable Dog Lead | 1.5–3m

Designed for dogs that quickly damage fabric or rope leads, this coated steel cable dog lead provides a more chew-resistant option for everyday walks.

The 4 mm steel-wire cable is available in black or white and includes a padded orange loop handle for a more comfortable grip. A rotating metal snap clip allows the lead to be connected quickly to a suitable dog collar or harness.

The manufacturer lists this lead as suitable for medium and large dogs. Suitability also depends on your dog’s strength, behaviour and the handler’s ability to maintain control.

This product is chew-resistant, not indestructible, and should not be used as a chew toy. Inspect the cable, coating, handle and clip before each use. Replace the lead if the wire becomes exposed, severely kinked or damaged, or if any connection becomes loose.

Do not leave a dog tethered or unattended with the lead. Use the lead only with a correctly fitted collar or harness and in an environment appropriate for the selected length.
