How to fit the collar

1. Place the collar comfortably around your pet’s neck.
2. Allow enough space to fit two fingers between the collar and neck.
3. Secure the collar and trim away any excess length.
4. Check the fit regularly and replace the collar if it becomes damaged.
5. Replace after up to 60 days of use.
   
   

This is a calming support collar and should not be used for attaching a lead. Stop use if irritation occurs. Persistent or sudden anxiety, aggression, toileting changes or other unusual behaviour should be discussed with a veterinarian.
